In times of rapid transformation, cultivating resilience requires more than mental strategies—it calls for a living, embodied practice.
This Summer Academy invites participants to rediscover resilience as a felt sense of groundedness, adaptability, and connection—to oneself, to others, and to the living world.
Drawing from somatics, dance improvisation, mindfulness, and ecosystemic perspectives, participants explore how the body becomes a resource for presence, creativity, and transformation.
Through experiential sessions, movement, research labs, and time in nature, we co-create a field where learning is both personal and collective, structured and fluid, reflective and playful.
Learning Objectives
Participants will:
● Strengthen body awareness and self-regulation as foundations of resilience
● Gain experiential understanding of resilience as an embodied capacity
● Develop self- and co-regulation tools for daily life and professional contexts
● Reconnect with nature and the body as part of a living system
● Engage in embodied research to integrate experience and insight
● Leave with practical tools for well-being, communication, decision-making and self-leadership

07:30–08:30 Morning Practice (movement & meditation)
09:30–12:30 Thematic Session / Embodied Practice
12:30–15:00 Lunch & rest / time in nature
15:00–17:30 Workshop / Research Lab / Co-creation
17:30–19:30 Early Dinner
19:30–21:00 Evening Session (reflection, ritual, or free creative space)
This rhythm follows the body’s natural cycles of attention and integration, balancing depth work with rest and openness.
Leistung: Kursgebühr, Nächtigung (Halbpension)
